One lesson taught each day of practicum. All instructional lessons planned and implemented need to be kept in a notebook and presented to SED 375 instructor.
Two formal and approved informal assessments specific to the area of deaf and hard of hearing to determine learning goals and student progress toward those goals and written summary of assessment results.
Weekly electronic summary of week’s activities, lessons, teacher supervisor’s feedback and reflection sent to the SED 375 instructor (three stars and a wish)
