The Minutes of the last meeting of the Parish Councils General Purpose Committeeheld on Thursday 7th. November 2013 in Bishop Thornton CE Schoolwere confirmed as being an accurate account of proceedings.

The following Planning Applications relevant to the area have been received for consideration since the last meeting of the full Parish Council/General Purposes Committee.
HEBDEN HOUSE FARM BISHOPTHORNTON – (6.61.101.F.FUL): Formation of outdoor riding arena and lunge ring for Messrs Walmsley –SUPPORTED.
THORNTON MOOR FARM BISHOP THORNTON – (6.61.43.J.FUL): Erection of agricultural barn extension for Mr R Swales – SUPPORTED.

PUMP, SHAW MILLS – Councillors agree to Commuted Sums monies should be used by HBC Parks Department to repair the pump casing near the electricity sub-station on the grassed area at the bottom of Grange Close, Shaw Mills. / 7.09 p.m.
10 / DATE OF NEXT MEETING.
There being no further business the Chair closed the meeting at 7.10 pm and called the next Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council for Thursday, 30th January 2013 at 7.30 p.m. in Bishop Thornton RC School.
The Minutes were agreed and signed as being a true record of proceeding by the Chairperson at an Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council on 30th January 2014
