1. A male aged about 40-45 years, height about 5’ whitish complexion, thin built, oval face and wearing green colour T-Shirt, and stripe lower found on 16.10.2012.
2. A male aged about 40-45 years, height 5’5” fair complexion, medium built, round faced and wearing white & red colour stripe shirt and grey colour pants found on 19.10.2012.
3. A male aged about 40-45 years, height 5’5” shallow complexion, medium built, round face and wearing orange & red colour stripe shirt found 19.10.2012.
4. A male aged about 50-55 years, height 5’7” white complexion, round face, medium built and wearing red and white colour shirt and grey colour pants.

IED trainer held in the Pune blast case
The Special Cell, Delhi Police had busted an Indian Mujahideen Module with the arrest of four persons, namely, Asad Khan (aged 33 years) r/o Tawakkal Nagar, Naigaon, Distt. Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Imran Khan (aged 31 years) r/o Peer, Bhurahan Nagar near Masjid-e-Saalehind, Nanded, Maharashtra, Sayed Feroz @ Hamza (aged 38 years) r/o Shukarwarpath, Pune, Maharashtra and Landge Irfan Mustafa (aged 30 years) s/o Landge Mustafa Usman r/o Raj Nagar Dargah, Darya Road, Mukund Nagar, Ahmed Nagar, Maharashtra and explosives, detonators and other incriminating material had been recovered. With their arrest the serial blasts of 1stAugust, 2012 were worked out.
Sustained interrogation of the accused arrested by us revealed that a person, namely, Sayed Maqbool @ Zuber, S/o Syed Haji, R/o Samtam Nagar, Near Madina Masjid, Dharmabad, Nanded, Maharashtra was in close association with them and together they planned to commit fiyadeen attacks on the Buddhist shrines in Bodh Gaya in Bihar as retaliation to the alleged atrocities being committed upon Muslims in Myanmar. Their plan had the approval and support of the Bhatkal brothers. Sayed Maqbool was arrested after great deal of efforts on 23rd October 2012 from Hyderabad where he had been hiding to evade his arrest.
Maqbool came in contact with Imran through a common friend. The latter introduced Maqbool to Asad and Irfan. Maqbool taught them how to make a bomb by using urea, diesel and fire cracker powder at Asad’s farmhouse in Aurangabad. In April 2012, Imran introduced Maqbool to the Bhatkal brothers. Before the Pune serial blasts of 1st August, Maqbool, Irfan, Imran and Asad had discussed their plan of carrying out a fidayeen attack on Buddhist shrines at Bodh Gaya, Bihar. Since Bhatkals wanted to avenge the death of Qateel Siddiqui, they decided to carry out bomb blasts at Pune first.
About a month before Ramzan in 2012, Maqbool helped Imran in doing a recce of Dilkhush Nagar, Begum Bazar and Abids in Hyderabad on a motorcycle. This was done on the instruction of Riyaz Bhatkal.
Maqbool began his criminal career along with one Azam Gauri @ Aleem r/o Warangal, Andra Pradesh (killed in a police encounter in 2000). His first criminal act was the murder of Krishna Moorthy (FIR No. 220/1999, u/ss. 302/120-B/34 IPC read with sec. 25/27 Arms Act, PS Bodhan, District Nizamabad in which he has been convicted for life. However, he was released from jail in October 2009 after commutation of his sentence.
His next criminal act was the murder of one Devender (Case FIR No. 195/1999, u/ss. 302/120-B/34 IPC read with ss. 25/27 Arms Act, PS CID, Andhra Pradesh), who had allegedly encroached on a Masjid land in Uppal, A.P.
Maqbool was also involved in the murder of Mahaveer Prasad (Case FIR No. 172/2000, u/ss. 302/34 read with s. 6 Explosive Substances Act, PS Afzal Ganj, Hyderabad City), a jeweller. Here the motive was robbery.
Maqbool was instrumental in the formation of IMMM (Indian Muslim Mohammadin Mujahidin; a terrorist organization) at village Mancharia in 1999 alongwith Azam Gauri and Roshan Baig. They worked under the garb of social reformists by showing that their objectives were –
(1) To stop dowry system in society.
(2) To fight against corruption and
(3) To stop pornographic films.
Azam Gauri had taught Maqbool how to prepare IEDs so that they can cause blasts in those theatres where blue films were being shown.
Maqbool alongwith others were involved in the following bomb blast cases:
· Bomb blast at Kaketiya Hotel, Lal Darwaza (FIR No. 01/2000, u/ss. 4/5 Explosive Substances Act, PS Moghalpura, District Hyderabad City)
· Blast at Sharda theatre (FIR No. 28/2000, u/ss. 307/120-B IPC read with ss. 3/4/5 Explosive Substances Act, PS Itwara, District Nanded.
· Blast in Lamba Theatre, Secunderabad (FIR No. 31/2000, u/s. 120-B IPC read with ss. 4/5/6 Explosive Substances Act, PS Begumpet, Secunderabad, Hyderabad City,
· Blast in the House of Azam Ghori while preparing IEDs. (FIR No.28/1998 u/s 307 IPC read with Sec. 3/4/5 Explosive Substances Act, PS Dharmabad, District Nanded.
Other cases in which he is involved are as below:-
· FIR No. 39/2000, u/ss. 120-B/153-A IPC, PS CID, Andhra Pradesh (a case of conspiracy).
· FIR No. 28/2000, u/s. 25 Arms Act, PS Dharmabad, District Nanded (recovery of fire arms only).
Maqbool is also close to Abdul Rauf, r/o Shahidabad (leader of AIMIM - All Indian Majlis Itehad-ul Muslimi, a political party) and one Nashruddin. Both Abdul Rauf and Nashruddin have been involved in Hiren Pandya murder case of the year 2003. Maqbool was appointed as the Dharmabad District President of AIMIM by Abdul Rauf.

THREE BURGLARS ARRESTED AND 20 LED SMART TVs OF SAMSUNG SEIZED
Swaroop Nagar police of North West District has arrested three burglars namely Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Deepak Kumar and Ismail and recovered 20 LED Smart TVs of Samsung (32 inches worth more than Rs. six lakhs). These TVs were stolen by both these burglars with their other associates from the godown of Samsung situated at Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi.
INCIDENT, TEAM & ARREST
On 23.10.12, a secret information was received at PS Swaroop Nagar that two burglers are trying to sell the stolen TVs. Accordingly, SHO/Swaroop Nagar, Inspr. Jitender Singh Malik constituted a team comprising of SI Govind, PSI Anil, HC Parveen, HC Shridhar, Ct Baljeet Singh, Ct Attar Singh and Ct Anand. The team laid a trap and around 4.45 PM, two suspicious looking persons coming from the Bhalswa JJ Colony holding two cartoons each on their head were apprehended. They came out to be Rajesh Kumar Sharma s/o Sh. Amarnath Sharma r/o D-1/535, JJ Colony, Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi and Deepak Kumar s/o late Sh. Ranbir Singh r/o D-1/51, JJ Colony, Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi. During interrogation, they admitted their involvement in stealing these TVs after breaking the shutter of godown of Samsung company situated at Bhalswa Dairy with the help of their other associates namely Nawab, Akbar, Dilshad, Mustkeem, Ismail (all the residents of Bhalswa JJ Colony). At their instance, 12 more TVs were also recovered from the House of Deepak. On verification, a case vide FIR No. 201/12 u/s 457/380 IPC PS Bhalswa Dairy was found registered in this regard. On receiving information regarding arrest of Rajesh Kumar Sharma and Deepak Kumar, SHO/Bhalaswa Diary constituted a team comprising of SI Hazari Lal, HC Gyasuddin, HC Satya Prakash, Ct. Mahesh & Ct. Satish. The said team arrested Ismail from his residence D-1/377, JJ Colony, Bhalaswa Dairy and recovered 4 LED Samsung TVs from his possession. The recovered TVs were seized and all the three accused persons were duly arrested.
INTERROGATION:
During sustained interrogation, it revealed that they had stolen 27 TVs. Out of those 27 TVs, recovered 20 TVs were come to their share and they were trying to sell out these TVs at Swaroop Nagar in order to earn handsome amount. Accused Rajesh Kumar Sharma has been involved in two cases of physical assault.

Ø TWO KIDNAPPERS ARRESTED ONE JUVENILE DETAINED
Ø KIDNAPPED CHILD SAFELY RESCUED FROM THEIR CLUTCHES FROM BIHAR
INTRODUCTION:
With the arrest of (1) Pankaj Bhagat s/o Jai Kishore Bhagat r/o Village Utesra, PS Salkhuva, Distt. Saharsa, Bihar aged 23 years and (2) Rajesh Rishi s/o Mahender Rishi r/o- Village- Budhma, Distt. Madhey Pura, Bihar aged 34 years along with detention one Juvenile aged 14 years, North West District Police has solved a kidnapping case. The 3 year old boy was safely recovered from the custody of kidnappers.
INCIDENT:
On 13.10.12, Ghanshyam Bhagat resident of Village-Bhadola, Azadpur, Delhi reported at PP New Sabzi Mandi, Azadpur that at about 6.30 PM, his son Krishan @ Golu aged about 3 year had gone to purchase biscuit from a shop situated at ground floor of his house. When Krishan @ Golu did not return after some time, he tried to search the nearby places but could not trace him. One person informed him that he had seen his son with Pankaj Bhagat and a juvenile, the distant relatives of the complainant. He immediately made a call to Pankaj Bhagat on his mobile but Pankaj Bhagat did not respond to the call. He made a PCR call and the matter was reported to police. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 291/12 u/s 363 IPC was registered at PS Mahendra Park and investigation was taken up by SI Shailendra Kumar, I/C PP New Sabzi Mandi, Azadpur.
TEAM:
Keeping in view the gravity and sensitivity of the case, several teams were formed under the supervision of Rajesh Kumar Kaushik, ACP/Shalimar Bagh consisting of Inspr. Darshan Singh, SHO/Mahindra Park, SI Shailendra Kumar, I/C PP New Subzi Mandi, Azadpur, ASI Jaivir Singh, HC Ranjan, Ct. Azad and Ct. Bhagwan Singh.
INVESTIGATION:
During the course of investigation, it was found that Pankaj Bhagat was residing near the house of the complainant as a tenant. He was a distant relative of the complainant also. Both were engaged in the business of supply of vegetables to dhabas. Pankaj Bhagat incurred loss and asked for some monetary help from the complainant but he did not give any money. Hence, he lured the child and whisked away by joining his brother-in-law. Several raids were conducted at all probable hideouts of the accused Pankaj. On the information that a relative of Pankaj Bhagat is living in Ludhiana, Punjab, a team was sent to Ludhiana. From there, it was found that Pankaj Bhagat had gone to Madhey Pura, Bihar. Another team headed by ASI Jaivir Singh was sent to Bihar. On 22.10.12, Delhi Police team in association of Bihar police raided several hideouts of the accused persons where kidnapped boy could have been detained and confined. It was revealed that Pankaj Bhagat had kept the kidnapped boy in the custody of his friend Rajesh Rishi s/o Mahender Rishi r/o Village Budhma, Distt. Madhey Pura, Bihar at his residence. The joint police team successfully recovered the boy and arrested three accused persons by organising raids in a most professional manner without loss of time.
INTERROGATION
During sustained interrogation, accused Pankaj Bhagat revealed that in the month of August 2012, he had borrowed Rs. 20,000/- from Ghanshyam Bhagat. Ghanshyam Bhagat was demanding his money back but he was not in a capacity to re-pay. He was envying Ghanshyam Bhagat of his business and made a plan with his brother-in-law for the kidnapping of Krishan @ Golu. He wanted to take a good amount of money by making ransom call for the safe release of the boy. He had also given two phone calls to the complainant for demand of money without any specification at the first instance and for Rs. 10 lakhs at the second instance. Pankaj Bhagat had kept the kidnapped boy in the custody of his friend Rajesh Rishi at Village Budhma, Distt. Madhey Pura, Bihar in order to hoodwink the police. All the three accused persons were produced before the concerned court in Bihar. They were remanded to three days transit remand. Further investigation of this case is in progress.
PROFILE OF ACCUSED:
1. Pankaj Bhagat s/o Jai Kishore Bhagat r/o Village Utesra, PS Salkhuva, Distt. Saharsa, Bihar is aged about 23 years. He is illiterate and married having a daughter aged about two years.
2. Rajesh Rishi s/o Mahender Rishi r/o Village Budhma, Distt. Madhey Pura, Bihar aged about 34 years is illiterate and married having six children comprising of four daughters and two sons. He is unemployed and residing in his native village.

DRUG PEDDLER ARRESTED : 162 GMS. SMACK WORTH LAKHS OF RUPEES RECOVERED: SCORPIO USED IN SMUGGLING SEIZED
With the arrest of Mohd. Hussain, aged about 37 years s/o Babu Khan r/o A-571, Prem Nagar, Nabi Karim, Delhi, Central District Police has recovered 162 gms. smack and Scorpio used in transportation of drugs from his possession.
INCIDENT AND THE TEAM
Several complaints were being received about drug peddling in Walled City Area. To contain this, patrolling and picketing in area had been intensified. On 25.10.2012, while on patrolling in the area, an information was received by the staff of PS Hauz Qazi that one Hussain who smuggles smack in Scorpio Car, would come in his Scorpio Car at Ajmeri Gate, Delhi in the area of P.S. Hauz Qazi. On receipt of the information, a team comprising of Inspr. Vijay Singh Chandel, SHO/Hauz Qazi, ASI Nassu Ahmed, HC Khurshid Ali and Ct. Sajjan was constituted under the close supervision of Sh. Ram Kumar, ACP/Kamla Market/Central District, Delhi.
Accordingly, vehicle checking was started by barricading at Ajmeri Gate in the area of P.S. Hauz Qazi. At about 3.20 p.m., at the instance of the informer, a grey coloured Scorpio was stopped. On questioning, he revealed his identity as Mohd. Hussain s/o Babu Khan r/o A-571, Prem Nagar, Nabi Karim, Delhi. On his personal search, 162 gms smack was recovered. A case under NDPS Act was registered at P.S. Hauz Qazi, Central District, Delhi in this regard. The accused person has been arrested.
