Introductions
Budget – Income is about $3200 year to date with expenses of approximately $17000
Senior mail out was sent out just before the big snow storm. County mailed them for free.
Yard signs – 36 ordered online with 6 mailed in for approx. $840. Looking at April 15th as the cutoff date for orders. Signs will be delivered mid-May. Will order about 10 extra ones.
Mulch – orders are coming in via the website (approx. $1100). We will deliver any orders of 12 bags or more. working on the signup genius. April 9th will be the delivery date. Need lots of drivers.
Slideshow – still need lots of pictures from the seniors. Attempting to contact GMR for the happy days pictures and will check with the yearbook too.
Robinson website – Lisa will contact the school to get our information posted under the seniors heading.
Movie Night – University Mall - Sunday, 2/14 from 12 to 8pm. $20 for 2 admission tickets, popcorn and drinks/$11 for 1 ticket/popcorn and drink. Will hold a second night on 4/21.
Restaurant nights – Chipotle (%50) approx. $400. March 1st will be at Cava’s. Looking to do Tropical Smoothie end of March beginning of April. Working on Chick-Fil-A. Looking for someone to coordinate: Smoothie King, Flippin Pizza, H&R Block.
Donations: Hockey puck, Baseball with Jason Worth’s signature, Redskins stuff, wine tasting. Not quite enough for an auction. Lisa had a list of stores that would donate gift cards if formally requested and was asking for someone to contact them.
Car Wash - Exxon Burke at 123 and Burke Centre Pkwy on 4/23 from 9 to 3pm. Will be student run with at least 1 chaperone. Need buckets, rags, soap, towels. Kids need to dress per FCPS regulations. April will check with FCPS to see if we can use Terra Centre ES instead of the gas station. Maybe presell tickets for $5. Bake sale and drinks will be sold.
Dave and Busters – Contract has been signed. Deposit has been paid for 400 people. Insurance is in process. Registered with FC police. Security coordinator needs to attend a 2 hour class. Everything can be brought in at 10pm. Will have a green screen for photos and a casino. The theme is Mardi Gras. Movies can be played on the monitors. Off duty police officers will be there as security. After 12am no more entries. Once in no one leaves.
