EXT. EARTH-10,000 YEARS AGO

We OPEN on TOTAL BLACKNESS, a sea of stars spread across the infinite depths of space. As the TITLES ROLL, we notice that three of these specks seem to be moving; one of them picking up acceleration and racing toward us. Our perspective changes, and we catch a quick glimpse as it HURTLES past, and into the gravitational pull of a large blue planet. Kicking up SPARKS of FRICTION as it hits atmosphere. It seems to be manmade. Or at least artificial.

EXT. PRIMITIVE SETTLEMENT-NIGHT
Tribal settlers kneeling before these humanoid creatures as they walk into the shadows while carrying large crates.

CLOSE UP: on of the crates we see a container. And in that container is an ALIEN

CHEST BUSTER frozen in place.

INT. PYRAMID-CHAMBER
The humanoids placing these containers into a large opening in the floor that will keep them on ice until the predators return in the next 10,000 years.

EXT. NAVADA-DAY

The vast desert plain is broken down by a field of radio dishes pointing towards the sky.

PRICE ENTERPRISE-.C.B.R.RECEVING STATION

INT..C.B.R.RECEVING STATION

Inside, the WHIR of AIR CONDITIONING. The distinctive logo
of PRICE ENTERPRISE is everywhere. A handful of bored TECHNICIANS and SUPERVISORS monitoring the data from dozens of satellites orbiting the Earth. We get the feeling nothing exciting ever happens here. A TECHNICIAN is reading a newspaper. There's something interesting on the front page.

EXTREME CLOSE UP: On the front page of the newspaper we read about a time in Antarctica that had an accident. It's the WEYLAND EXPEDITIONS.
Finally notices a flashing light on the console behind him.

TECHNICIAN
The hell is that?

The TECHNICIAN gets up from his chair

TECHNICIAN (CONT'D)
Hey guys. Take a look at this.

His SUPERVISOR walks over. Not expecting much.

SUPERVISOR
What’s wrong?

TECHNICIAN
One of are satellites picked up some thing.

SUPERVISOR
Where?

TECHNICIAN
Somewhere over sector 8. But I thought sector 8 was isolated. I mean there’s nothing there.

SUPERVISOR
There is now.

The supervisor pulls a hard copy from the printer. It shows the pattern of interlocking square shapes.

SUPERVISOR (CONT'D)
Get everyone down here. Now.
EXT.TEMPLE OF AMUN, KARNAK EGYPT-DAY

The SCORCHING vast desert. In the very far distance are the pyramids.

Subtitle: Temple of Amun
Karnak Egypt

As the camera moves through the temple, we begin to see people, workers, surrounding a small opening that leads into a burial chamber and a young woman climbing in it.
SARAH BRANT, sexy, sweet and very wealthy. But don't let this rich girl fool you, she uses her fathers money to fund all her digs. As a child she always wanted to be an archeologist and she always spends her times in the woods then the local country club.

INT. BURIAL CHAMBER
The chamber is slightly bright from the light coming from the outside. It's beautiful and yet creepy. There's all sorts of artifacts and gold relics and there's even skeletons with old and decay clothing.
Sarah pulls out her flashlight. Her light cuts through the thick layer of dust and cobwebs.

SARAH
(Astonished)
My god

She walks down the dark chamber viewing all the artifacts with her light………….suddenly a snake drops from the ceiling.

SARAH (CONT'D)
(Shocked)
SHIT!

LIZ(V.O)
Sarah……you ok?

SARAH
Yeah.

Sarah kicks the snake to the wall. Sarah turns her light towards the back of the chamber and finds something strange.
She's now in the back of the tomb, she leans in to see what this odd thing is.
She removes the thick layer of cob webs and as her tension grew the layers are coming off. She finally pulls off the last cob and we see the remains of a PREDATOR. The skull and bones are still in tack. Sarah's P.O.V: She has no idea what this is could it be a prank or could this be real. Well it couldn't be a prank because no one has been in the chamber in the last ten thousand years.

EXT. OUTSIDE OF THE BURIAL CHAMBER

Sarah is climbing out of the hole. Her assistant Liz is waiting for her on top. Everyone is excited to find out what Sarah has in her hands.

LIZ
Well? What is it?

Sarah unwraps the towel and reveals the Predator skull to the public.
The crowed is shocked. Some are prying to themselves. They think it's a demon.

EXT. SARAHS CAMP-DAY

Sarah and Liz are both packing at their tent.

SARAH
Liz this is the biggest discover
we have every made.

LIZ
Absolutely………so what do we do?

SARAH
Umh………get a team down there
and collect everything.

LIZ
You got it.

INT. SARAH'S TENT

Sarah's tent is PACKED with books and relics.
She places the Predator skull on her desk. Suddenly her satellite phone rings.

SARAH
Hello?

KARL
Mrs.Brant...a pleasure to make your acquaintance. I’m Alex Moore.

SARAH
Well what can I do for you Mr.Moore?

KARL
My employer would like to meet with you.

SARAH
When?

KARL
Tomorrow.

SARAH
I’m not sure. I mean we just discovered a strange fossil. What is it that you need me for?

KARL
Believe me when I say this what we found is beyond your imagination.

SARAH
Oh really. Well did you find?

We don’t hear what Alex tells Sarah but what every it is she drops her jaw.

EXT. YOSEMITE-DAY

EXTREME CLOSE UP: on the hands as it grips onto the mountain.

EXTREME CLOSE UP: FACE OF JASON O'HARA

Dressed in shorts and a tank top and rock climbing shoes.

WIDE: Jason is climbing a seventy five hundred foot mountain, with no rope or crampons. All he has is a backpack.

Subtitle: Yosemite

WIDE UP ANGLE
Revealing the summit, light breeze hitting the lichen and whatever growth has slender on the rocky mountainside, fluffy clouds overhead.
Jason climbs into shoot. Despite the spectacularly hang holds he's using to hang onto the mountain and his life, he appears to be relaxed, focusing on a specific rhythm and technique.

Then a rock he's been grasping crumbles and Jason drops about ten inches before he grabs onto the mountain again.
As he hangs by only five fingers thousands of feet above the world he still manages to stay calm. And resumes his climbing.

A Hairy Overhang

Near the summit Jason departing from the vertical and is now traveling the mountain with more of his back than his feet exposed to the earth far below. He's clinging to the mountain almost like a fly walking on the ceiling. When reaches for a hang hold that will restore him to the vertical state. Hen then slips and begins to plunge through the air.
Dropping like a stone, as he's falling through the sky he struggles with a cord that's connected to his backpack. He rips the cord and out pops a parachute.
Now he's slowly soaring through the sky with disappointment when his GSM phone rings. Jason reads the number, no one he knows.

JASON
Hello?

The voice on the other end is a real bruit type Australian accent.

KARL
Mr. O'Hara……you're a hard man
to find. My name is Karl Moore,
I represent Price Enterprises.

WIDE: as we see Jason makes his way down to the ground.

JASON(V.O)
OK. Whatta you want?

KARL
Mr. Price is indeed need of
your skills and wants you to
Meet with him.

Jason hesitates for a moment. He has know idea who Mr. Price is.

JASON
When?

KARL
Tomorrow.

Jason lands safely on to the ground

JASON
Well I hope you have helicopter standing by.
As Jason turns around he sees five men dresses in fancy elegant suites. One hangs up a phone. That must be Alex Moore, a tall white man.

KARL
As of matter of fact we do.
EXT. LOS ANGELES-JO'S SHOOTING RANGE-DAY

Subtitle: Los Angeles

We are outback of the shooting range where we see lots of people with their guns shooting at the targets.

As the camera moves down the range we then stop and see Kim on her stomach aiming her sniper rifle at a target that is a hundred yards away.

SNIPER SCOPE: we see the target and then BANG. A head shot.

Kim smiles cause of her great accuracy.

KARL(V.O)
Nice shot.

KIM
Thanks.

KARL
I was wonder if I could spar a moment of your time. Mrs.Cheung?

Kim stands up.

KIM
Do I know you?

KARL
Lets just say that I'm offering you job.

KIM
What kind of job

KARL
One that requires your skills.

And Alex hands Kim an envelope with the Brant Enterprise logo seal.

EXT. USCG DOLPHIN-DUSK

Racing through the dusk.

INT. USCG DOLPHIN
Jason is staring out of the window. Viewing the sun as it slowly descents.
An ex Marine turned mercenary after eight years of service. And the Chemical Engineer. Nathan Brown, a young Afro-American. He's a bit of a geek and little nervous around people with guns.

NATHAN
So what do you do?

Nathan starts up a chit-chat with Jason.

JASON
Jason O'Hara, guide.

Jason shacks Nathan's hand.

NATHAN
Nathan Brown I’m a chemical engineer. So do you know what’s going on? This is kinda sudden for me.

JASON
Your guess is as good as mine partner.

Jason notices Nathan messing with his wedding ring.

JASON (CONT'D)
Nervous

NATHAN
A little. First time leaving Virginia.

JASON
How long have you been married?

NATHAN
Going on three years.

JASON
Don’t worry man. I’m sure this is just gonna be another boring ass safari.
EXT. SOUTH ALANTIC OCEAN-DUSK

A large gray vessel cuts through the wicked waves.

A HELICOPTER thunders into view. It's twin rotors cuts through the air. It's dropping in altitude. Heading for Tangier.

PILOT(V.O)
USCG to Tangier. We are on approach

INT. TANGIER
Surrounded by HI-TECH MILITARY EQUIPMENT and MINING EQUIPMENT are three separate teams are assembled in the briefing area. Team 1:(The Scientists) Sarah, Nathan and Liz (Sarah’s right hand man and best friend) Team 2 (The Muscle) Jason, Karl, KELLY BAKER(A top security guard at one of Mr. Brant's buildings) BROCK HAWKINS(Muscular American with a scar running down his right face) KIM, Mr. Price and CARYN DELACLOIX(A top female mercenary with a great body). Team 3: (The Miners) lead by STRIKER, (a muscular Californian and third generation miner) and his crew TERRY, JO and LEWIS.
Karl looks around the room to see if their missing anyone.

KARL
Welcome aboard everyone. Please take your seats your host will now answer your questions.

The room goes quite.

A man walks into the room. ROBERT PRICE, Price in his mid forties looks more like a soldier then a billionaire.

An assistant hands everyone a PC tablet that will explain everything.

PRICE
Thank you all for coming. Several days ago one of my satellites over the Indian Ocean was searching for fossil fuel energy when a sudden heat bloom beneath the earth which gave us this...

Price triggers a remote that powers up a large digital projector, illuminating a large square of the wall behind Price.

We've seen it before. A pattern of interlocking squares.

An increase of excitement spreads through the room.

BRANT(CONTD)
The red lines represent solid walls.with thermal technology we were able to process a three dimensional out lined of the structure. I've never seen anything like it. It contains hundreds of chambers all constructed around a central core. Experts tell me that it's a Pyramid. The problem is that we don't know who built it and when.
Jason clicks past the photographs on his PC tablet.
PRICE
(snap slides)
My experts also tell me that this Pyramid has related features similar to--
The Aztecs
(snap slides)
The Egyptians
(snap slides)
And the Mayans. But they can’t agree on either of them.

SARAH
I think your experts are right and wrong.

PRICE
What do you mean?

SARAH
This pyramid contains one culture. Egyptian. You can tell by the smooth sides. And the markings on the side of the pyramid are amazing but definitely unknown.

PRICE
Thank you Mrs. Brant.
JASON
Where exactly is this Pyramid?

PRICE
Ascension Island. But it’s not on the island it’s two thousand feet--
(next picture)
below this abandoned supply station which will serve as our base camp. Mr. Striker.

STRIKER
Mr. Price. Everyone your looking at the best miners that the world has to offer. We’ll hit the depth in nine days.

JASON
There is a problem we haven’t discuss yet. The Volcano.
The team turns their attention to Jason.

PRICE
Your right. My geologic experts tell me that there is an active volcano and that there is 68% chance that it may erupt.

KIM
So your saying it can erupt at any time while we’re on the island?
Price hesitates

PRICE
Yes.

VARIOUS VOICES
Jesus Christ.

PRICE
People let me assure you that if any time there is an eruption. We will vacate the island.

JASON
Ascension Island is completely isolated. The nearest sign of human population is India. There’s no help if something goes wrong.

PRICE
Your right. It’s dangerous territory. But the price of fame comes with risk and if there is anyone her that wishes to leave now is the time. Stay, you’re in it till it’s over.
Everybody keeps their eyes on Mr. Price as he means business.

EXT. SPACE

A Predator Spacecraft glides past us. Heading to a small blue planet in the distance.
INT.PREDATORSPACECRAFT-DOCKINGBAY
The lights in the docking bay are slightly low, but we're able to so that the docking bay is occupied with dropships and other hi-tech equipment.

INT. ARMORY

We then head on down to the armory. On the racks are Predator face masks, bows and arrows all types of spears (Bone Spear, Wooden Spear and a Metal Spear). Knives are sharp and shiny with Predator designs in graved into the blades.
In the middle of the armory is a computer monitor. The designs are distinctly TECHNO-EGYTAINS. Suddenly a HOLAGRAM above the computer fades into life. Icons and language are all Predator. The hologram image looks like a cylinder like tube, it's a CRYO-TUBE. We see the Predator language counting down to something…………then suddenly the language begins to flash on and of, like an alarm. As the camera pans around the hologram we see more than one thousand CRYO-TUBES one by one red lights begin to switch on above the CRYO-TUBES.

CLOSE UP: on one of the CRYO-TUBES as the frost on the glass begins to dissolve we soon see the face of a Predator………….suddenly

EXTREME CLOSE UP: on the Predators eyes as they quickly
open.

EXT.TANGIER-PERPETUAL TWILIGHT

The ship is at a standstill. We see that the back of the ship is opening up and that there are three sets of BARGE’S.

INT. JASON’S CABIN
We see Jason loading his clip with 9mm bullets.

EXTREME CLOSE UP: On the clip as he packs the bullets in and sliding it in the gun.

SLOW MOTION: As he cocks his 9mm beretta. CLICK CLICK.

INT. BROCKS CABIN

We see Brock showing off his cool tattoos. He slips on his shirt.

EXTREME CLOSE UP: As Brock loads his REVOLVER.

INT. CARYN’S CABIN

We see Caryn standing in the middle of her room showing off those perfect breast. Then

she slips on her sports bra. And then her bullet proof vest.

INT.TANGIER-HOLD

A dozen soldiers are gathered around, waiting for something. Sarah and Nathan are part of the audience, as are Liz, Kim and Brock. The moon hangs low in the sky. Its dull blue glow provides what little illumination there is.

JASON
Everybody. Gather round.
My job is to keep you all alive on this expedition. So I’m going to lay down some rules.
Alex hangs out head sets to everyone.

JASON (CONT’D)
One: No one goes anywhere alone. Two: We must maintain constant communication. Three: Unexpected things will happen. When they do -- nobody freaks out. Because I’m not gonna die for some who can’t keep their cool. Understood?

VARIOUS VOICES
Understood.

Jason breaks the meeting. He walks over to Sarah who looks a little nervous.

JASON
Guiding for seven years and never once had to guide an Archeologist.

Sarah smiles.

SARAH
Six years as an Archeologist I never once had to have a guide that needed to carry a gun.

CLOSE UP: On Jason’s HK

So why need it?
JASON
No reason for me to leave my guard down.

They both smile.

EXT. BARGE-PERPETUAL TWILIGHT

we see the these gigantic barge’s moving towards the mysterious island.
