Justification: Typographical error caused by poor ballot writing. Change suggested for consistency with referenced table (Table 19) in SEM E127.1. Modifications proposed by the ballot refer to the “Format” column only. This proposed editorial change does not introduce new technical corrections, but to clarify the actual ballot proposal for when SEMI Publications applies these changes to the standard.
