[1]The Tamworth Local Plan (2006-2028) was withdrawn on 05/04/2013, based upon an recommendation in the Inspector’s Report. In addition to this the WMRSS, has been formally revoked by the Secretary of State.
Therefore, the Housing requirement for the area has been based upon the most up to date housing need study that was completed by Nathaniel Lichfield Partners ( i.e Southern Staffordshire Districts Housing Needs Study and SHMAA Update 2012). However, this may change as the New Local Plan is produced and the supporting evidence base is updated.
[2] This application has been approved subject to a section 106 agreement.
[4] Application 0501/2011was a retrospective application for a log cabin for family members only. It was recorded by error, in this report. Hence, it has now been removed.
