Payment Schedule:
A non-refundable deposit of $500 US is required to confirm your registration for theMount Shasta Galactic~Gaia Spring Equinox 2016Sacred Journey experience.Payment options are available at: for this Journey is due February 1, 2016.
Cancellation Policy:
The deposit is non-refundable. If the program is paid in full and you need to cancel before 4 weeks prior to the start of the program, 75% of the total paid will be refunded to you. There is no refund after 4 weeks prior to the start of the journey.
Medical and Health Issues:
Accidents can happen. You are responsible for your own health and medical concerns while on a Light on the Journey Sacred Tour. In the event of any medical problem, Light on the Journey will do its best to help you obtain qualified medical care, however,Light on the Journey is not responsible for any costs incurred. Light on the Journey does not cover the cost of any medical care or treatment. You are responsible for your own medical insurance, which can be acquired in conjunction with your airfare.
Travel Insurance:
Sometimes, inclement weather, illness, lost baggage or other travel-related problems force travelers to cancel plans or drop out of a tour. Travel insurance reimburses you for these and other kinds of losses. Light on the Journey does notsupply travel insurance. If you are interested in this coverage, please investigate your options and make the purchase on your own.
Itinerary:
Light on the Journey reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time, without notice, to account for weather conditions, availability of services, or other unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to ensure a spiritual and joyful experience.
Responsibility:
Light on the Journey assumes no liability or responsibility for any delays, damage, injury, or accident with regards to persons or property caused by fault or negligence of any hotel, transportation, or local operator rendering a part of services offered. Light on the Journey shall not be responsible for any expense caused by loss or damage of personal items. In case of the unlikely event that the program is canceled, a refund of all monies paid will be transacted. However, Light on the Journey will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by you, such as flights or other travel arrangements. The acceptance of this written confirmation and a deposit or final payment for services constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
