The Workfest Experience Coordinator serves as an important leader of the Workfest experience, carrying out crucial logistics, communicationand educational tasks. The Workfest Experience Coordinator will work in partnership with the University Honors Program staff member(s) responsible for coordinating a successful Workfest experience. Another important task is to develop on-site reflection activities to be done as a team during the evenings of the experience. The Workfest Experience Coordinator will then be responsible for the facilitation of the wrap-up meeting to be held in April. The final project will be the development of a pass-down log, which will be used to document the experience that will include participant testimonials, advice for future coordinators, and any other materials the coordinator deems useful.
