QUOTATION CALLING NOTICE FOR LOCAL PURCHASE OF
OFFICERS RATION & CONDIMENTS

1.Sealed quotations are hereby invited for supply of Officers Ration & Condiment items as listed in Appendix‘A’ and ‘B’ to this Notice to this Headquarters for the period from 01 Apr 2017 to 31 Mar 2018.
2.The quotations will be received up to 1100 hrs on 22Mar 2017 and will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs by a Board of Offrs in presence of all intending quotationers or their representatives.
3.The quotation shall be addressed to the Ex-Officio-Comdt, HQ IGAR (North) C/O 99 APO and not to any other officers by name.
4.No sub-standard items will be accepted at any cost. A Board of Offrs will check the stores before acceptance. Items if any found tampered, sub-standard and rejected by the board will be replaced within a week.
5.Rates should be quoted both in figures and words including the all taxes if any. Any amendment / cutting / overwriting / alternation made on rates in the quotation prior submission to this HQ will be signed or initialed by the quotationers, otherwise the quotation will be rejected. The rates as quoted should not be exceed the local market rates.
6.Successful quotationer will be informed in writing to supply the items on approval of the CST by the competent auth. The stores will be supplied within one week from the date of receipt of the supply order. All supplies will be made at the Office of HQ IGAR (North). No vehicle or man power will be provided by this HQ for loading / unloading of stores. Hence, the successful quotationer shall have to supply the stores at his own arrangements.
7.Ex-Officio-Comdt of this HQ reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason.
8.Rates once quoted will be valid upto 31 Mar 2018.
9.Clarification required on the subject if any may be obtained from the Est Branch, HQ IGAR (North) on any working day between 1000 to 1300 hrs. The quotationers should submit their PAN No, TIN No and Bank account Number of any branch of SBI having Core Banking facility.
Note :- (Payment system only through e-payment system as per Government Policy).
