WORKING EXPERIENCES
2009 to now: • I have more than 5 years of translation experience. I officially work as freelance translator since 2009 when I lived in Germany with my husband for 4 years. I have been working for many domestic and oversea translation agents and cooperate with many direct clients. I would like to offer services: Translation, Interpreting, Proofreading, Transcription and Subtitling. My preferable working language pair is English - Vietnamese.
• I started translation job when I was the first year student in 2003. I graduated from Foreign Trade University so I major in finance, business, international trade, business-related documents. Moreover, I have an abundant term base and translation memory in many other fields such as tourism, culture, technical manuals, IT, medicine, health care, game, marketing, HR ...
• Besides, I also manage a team of freelance translators for big projects. I share them translation documents and manage the quality and deadline for each project.

September 05, 2007 to November, 2008: I worked as Back Office employee at Card Center VPBank, No.362 Pho Hue str., Hanoi.
Detailed tasks:
· I managed the warehouse of the card center and equipment purchasing;
· I maintained customer database through a management software: I built up form, did pre-test and uploaded all required information into the software to make sure all data is in correct status;
· I took responsibility for tasks related to customer care;
· I communicated with customers to consult and instruct them to make cards;
· I had to made daily reports, submitted required documents and did other tasks assigned by leaders.
November 2005: I worked as a voluntary receptionist in the Organizing group of the 41st Summit Meeting Conference of the Asian-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU 41) held in Hanoi.
2005, I worked as a part-time translator in cultural field for Informatics Center controlled by Ministry of Culture and Information of Vietnam, No. 55 To Hien Thanh street, Hanoi.
2004, I worked as a salesman for Oriflame cosmetics. I looked for customers, then introduced and sold products to them.
2003, I worked as English tutor for pupils at their home. Besides, I helped my uncle who works at the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology (NIHE), Vietnam to translate specialized medical studies of researchers.
