1.5 QUALITY ASSURANCE

1.5.1 Manufacturer Qualifications: Minimum five years experience in producing bicycle racks/lockers of the types specified.

1.6 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING

1.6.1 Deliver all materials in their original sealed containers bearing manufacturer's name and identification of product.

1.6.2 Do not store products in location with conditions outside manufacturer's absolute limits.

1.6.3 Materials delivered to the site shall be examined for concealed damage or defects in shipping. Defects shall be noted and reported to the Owner's Representative in writing.

1.7 PROJECT CONDITIONS

1.7.1 Maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, and ventilation) within limits recommended by manufacturer for optimum results. Do not install products under environmental conditions outside manufacturer's absolute limits.

1.8 WARRANTY

1.8.1 Warranty: Manufacturer's standard warranty.

1.8.1.1 Seller warranties to replace, or at seller's option, repair any product or part thereof which is found to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date buyer accepts products. All parts and labor required under warranty provisions shall be supplied free of charge.

1.8.1.2 Transportation costs of returning the products to and from repair facility or costs involved with contractor personnel traveling to buyer's facility for the purpose of repairing products on site shall be borne by seller during 1 year warranty period.
