The regular meeting was called to order by President Rachel Zimmerman at1:45 in Student Center 207E. The roll was called by Secretary Jordan Mahan.

NEW BUSINESS:

  • ASA moves to make a motion that applicants applying for Panhellenic Exec have atleast a cumulative GPA of 2.75.

AST seconds.

  • ASA moves to amend the original motion and add Subset letter E to Section 3 of the UCA Panhellenic Bylaws “Applicants applying for Panhellenic Exec have atleast a cumulative GPA of 2.75”

  • ASA moves to amend the motion to add “effective immediately” to the original motion.

  • AST motions to table the main motion and the amendment.

  • ASA motions to reword Rule 50 of Recruitment Rules to read: "There should be no recruiting of any kind via web based communication tools (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.) text messaging, or emails. All sorority members must deactivate from all web based communication tools starting at noon on the first day of recruitment until all bids have been delivered on the last day of recruitment. The Panhellenic delegate, Panhellenic council, and Pi Chis will be the only sorority members allowed to stay on web-based communication tools."
