On behalf of Baku City Circuit (BCC) we would like to inform you today of 2 updates to the VISA process for the 2016 GRAND PRIX OF EUROPE in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Please read the below information and our recommendations carefully.

While we have been assured by Azerbaijan that both VISA processes highlighted here are absolutely valid, we strongly recommend that ALL MEDIA avail of the e-VISA option (Option 2) ahead of your departure for Baku this June to avoid any potential issues at your departure airport.

VISA OPTION 1 - PERMANENT MEDIA ONLY

VISA Upon Arrival:

This option allows all permanent media to have their VISA processed on-site at Baku International Airport upon provision of their passport (valid for 6 months from the date of arrival) and permanent F1 media pass.

NB: the initial VISA fee of €35 communicated in the previous email only applies to Schengen countries. As such, please find attached a list outlining the different VISA fees for different countries. This fee is to be paid in cash at the VISA desk upon arrival at the Baku International Airport.

Please check which currency applies to you in the attached list of VISA fees and take out the correct amount of € or $ in cash BEFORE you depart for Baku.

VISA OPTION 2 - ALL MEDIA – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Fast-Track E-VISA:

Foranyone wishing to skip thequeues and the admin procedure atthe VISA desks upon arrival at Baku International Airport, BCC can today confirm theaddition of a‘fast-track’ e-VISAoption that will ALL MEDIA to skip the VISA desk queues and gostraight to passportcontrol upon arrival in Baku.

To avail of thisspecial e-VISA in advanceof your departure–at a once-offfee of US$50- all you need to do isprovide thefollowinginformation:

1.  E-Visa Application form filled out in full – please find attached

2.  Your flight ticket & Hotel booking confirmation

3.  Scanned passport copy (both sides)

4.  Scanned copy of 3x4cm Passport sized photo

If you do wish to avail of this e-VISA option, please send all the above information in full toand allow up to 10 days for the process to be completed.

Payment for this e-Visa can only be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer. You will receive payment instructions upon completing and sending the above information to .
