Personal Circumstances

The following personal information is required to assist us in determining if a PACE International Programis feasible for you at this time. Your disclosure is important to enable us to assess and provide appropriate support to you during preparation and the program. The information that you provide will be used by Macquarie University and AVI in the recruitment process for this program only. You will have the opportunity to discuss your responses with an interviewer. Stringent privacy guidelines are in place to protect you and your information.

Please note that we will refer to some of these questions in the interview process. You will be required to bring a copy of your completed application with you to the interview.

Your application may require the support of a referee. A referee would need to have known you for at least 2 years, and have significant insight into your personal characteristics and circumstances.
