SUSTAINING SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

1.  Sustaining sponsorships available at the $25,000 level (at least one-half cash) and $15,000 level (at least two-thirds cash, benefits negotiable).

2.  Sustaining sponsor agrees to 3 consecutive years of support at the same level each year.

3.  Sponsorships to be paid in full to the host county treasurer no later than January 1 of each year of the agreement.

4.  Sustainable sponsorships limited to 8 companies/organizations.

Sustaining Sponsor Benefits - $25,000 Level

1.  Lot space (25’X50’) in the center of tent city facing either Central or Wisconsin Avenue. Lots will be in the same block as Innovation Square (see accompanying diagram). The “back” side of lots may or may not directly adjoin Innovation Square, depending upon the need for educational display space at each end of Innovation Square. Space limitations may limit the number of Sustaining Sponsors. Sustainable Sponsors may exchange lot space for naming rights to major show attractions.

2.  Ability to promote “Sustainable Sponsor Status” and use the official WFTD logo on all company marketing materials

3.  Listed as the “highest” level of sponsorship in all sponsor recognition.

4.  Full page advertisement in official show program

5.  Rotating logo run on official WFTD Mobile Application

6.  Logo run on Wisconsin Farm Technology Days website home page

7.  Lot/booth space credit of $1200

8.  Recognition as “Sustaining Sponsors” on signage at main gate and around Innovation Square.

9.  Logo prominently displayed on volunteer T-shirts.

10.  Ability to purchase/create own reduced price admission tickets for promotions with customers and clients.

11.  Company tag line (10 seconds) on a minimum of 15 radio spots.

12.  Complimentary single day passes (25 passes)

13.  Recognition at all WFTD volunteer appreciation events

14.  VIP Parking Passes (10 passes)

15.  Street naming rights (one street)
