The committee on Discipline investigate cases involving student discipline and as certain facts on the case which is punishable by suspension or dismissal and also recommended disciplinary measures.

Policies on Student Discipline

DDBTMHCF, Inc. like other school is required by government regulation to maintain discipline and to issue disciplinary rules for strict compliance. These rules are necessary for the successful pursuit of studies and to develop among students the highest standard of decency, morality and good behavior.

  1. Student should respect authority. The usual norms of politeness and etiquette are to be followed when dealing with administrator, faculty member, office personnel, fellow student and visitors
  2. Student must maintain silence and order in going from one place to another. For activities outside their classrooms, the student should form their line properly and proceed quietly to the venue of the activity.
  3. Students must refrain from shouting, running, or playing along the corridors especially during class hours.
  4. Student must refrain from bullying their classmates or schoolmates.
  5. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the school campus.
  6. Strict enforcement of order and cleanliness on campus should be observed. Littering is not allowed.
  7. Student should refrain from engaging any form of indecent behavior like public display of affection.
  8. Free time should be spent effectively either by studying or reading inside the classroom or library.
  9. For security and safety purposes, students are strictly prohibited from going out of school campus during class days.
