- U6 play without shinguards, so, we should just
change it to read "All players are required to wear shinguards" and the phrase "Shin guards should not be exposed" should be replaced with "must be entirely covered".

- Needed Positions:
Deyse thanked the board members for their communication and ability to oversee all the issues.
Billy will see if Julio can continue painting fields. If he wants to coach, he needs to sign up.
- Phone service: Deyse will break into Dan's car later tonight to retrieve phone.
- New CORI Regulations- Tash provided an update on CORI changes, which will be substantial.
- New board members have been CORI checked
- Notification of President change to MYSA & DYRSD: Deyse will check with MYSA about board changes and any official paper work needed
- Items to order: (From July minutes- did these get done?)
- #3 balls Sue will order # 3 balls. Steve completed
- Electronic Pumps: Steve will order/purchase 2 when prices are cheap.
- 6x12 nets: We will need to order 4 sets for this season. (Made in US only due to experience.)These have been ordered
- field paint? We will go with what we have until we think we need more.
- Fall rec uniforms Sue ordered same amount as we needed last year. Sue also ordered ice packs.
- Technology Updates/Upgrade: Research technology upgrades for certain positions. Research computers and printers for club. Billy will look at potential of new Chromebook CPUs.

Thursday, September 3, 6pm DY Computer Lab (Janene, Gabe, Billy, Sean will attend)
September 8, 6:30pm Rosters printed/ All BOD but Gabe, invite coaches, at DPD or YPD. The board decided to invite coaches to this event in order to get more parents involved.
Meet the Coach Night: September 10, 2015 (SAE Cafeteria)
- We still need to order goalie gloves for U7 and up.

b)How many people were not charged? It was determine that all U7 Girls registered prior to August 4, 2015 were not charged. This will be addressed by Billy, Deyse and Gabe.
c)Rec Director Report
- New CORI Regulations AND COACHES were discussed.
- August 8th Family Day was scheduled, more information will go out.
- Tash will invite coaches for Rostering Night.
- Age groups for fall rec based on last year.: See below
