The Human Resources Practitioner of the Year Award aims to recognise a standout individual in HR who demonstrates excellence through leadership, strategy and their achievement of business outcomes.

Rules for Entry

-Submission must be entered into the template provided within this form.

-Submission must be received by Friday 3 June 2016.

-Submission must be made online

-Submission may be accompanied by no more than two (2) pages of items of support material (including graphs, diagrams, photos, etc.).

-Attachments must be smaller than 50MB in total.

-The judges’ decisions are final. No correspondence will be permitted between any entrant/endorser and a member to the judging panel.
