Registration deadline is November 1, 2009. Division One for those rated 1700 and above. Play up is possible if within 100 points, likely but not guaranteed. 4 lower divisions at directors’ discretion, with approximate cutoffs at 950, 1150, 1350, and 1700 based on Nov 1, 2009 ratings. 100% return of fees to prize money after bona-fide expenses. Sign-in at 8:30AM Saturday then 8 games Saturday 9AM, 6 games Sunday at 9 AM.
