11:00am Heart Centered Meditation

Heart Centered Meditation is a form of quiet reflection and relaxation with our attention centered in the heart area. This focus helps us to relax and feel at greater peace with ourselves and our world. In this half hour we will practice a few simple exercises to create a feeling of comfort and peace within. This can remain with us as we deal with the stress and busyness of our day. A simple instruction handout is available to continue a daily 5 minute practice at home.

1:20pm BodyTalk

In order for us to remain in a state of health, all of our organs, endocrines and body parts must be in communication with each other at all times, However, through exposure to the stresses of everyday life, these networks become compromised, which in turn often leads to some type of “dis-ease”. BodyTalk is a revolutionary new form of health care that uses the innate wisdom of the bodymind to determine which lines of communication need to be re-established and in which order so that maximum healing can occur. It is complementary to any other modality you may be using to achieve your health goals including traditional western medicine. Ms. Castner has used this technique and others to help clients make improvements in the areas of emotional issues, speech, language and learning disabilities, sports injuries, allergies and more.

During this workshop, you will receive hands-on practice in:

~ innate body wisdom communication and

~ a stand-alone BodyTalk technique used to balance the various sections of the brain in order to bring you into a parasympathetic (calm) state.
