Overview:

·  Responsibility for Turnover and Margin for the sales territory indicated;

·  Able to work within a matrix organisation.

·  Leads, motivates and coaches the other members of the Norway team and increases productivity;

·  Will actively visit the larger end-user accounts himself and is member of the external sales;

·  To exceed local customer expectations;

·  To participate in the definition of and implementation of the Hydratight Business Strategy

·  To cooperate and support all the marketing research activities and business development initiatives;

·  Keep abreast of all local employment laws and inform manager / HR of said situations;

·  Manages motivates and supports the existing customers base on all levels.

·  Extend level of contacts within major frame work agreements

·  To assess the market constantly and report changes in trends to the Regional and Marketing Managers;

·  Creates Marketing Communication Plans;

·  Help to differentiate Hydratight from the rest

·  Manages recovery of Sales costs in order to maximize profit

·  Grows sales within existing Clients by promoting all the companies services

·  Generates sales growth/profit through the identification and development of new Clients.

·  Analyses profit and loss statements for each Client, analyses causes of reduced profit and takes corrective action as required

·  prepares accurate forecasts

·  Maintains and develops strong working relationships with existing and potential customers through regular customer contact

·  Maintains and maximizes pricing terms and profit margins

·  Attends industry and customer events to keep abreast of market developments

·  Be continually aware of competitors products and services

·  Drive continuous improvement through lead and Safety

·  Maintains quality, safety and environmental standards

·  Adheres to Hydratight’s Health and safety Golden Rules

Candidates wishing to be considered for this position should possess the following qualifications / experience:

·  Mechanical engineering or Marketing Degree.

·  Experience in the oil and gas market

·  Knowledge of the service market

·  Experience in account management , sales management and operational management;

·  High level of industry contracts;

·  Must be able to work in a team environment and have good interpersonal skills.

·  Driven by results with a can do attitude;

·  Hands-on attitude;

·  Extremely high degree of responsibility;

·  He or she also brings a strong own contribution in creative concept development;

·  Analytically strong;

·  Computer literate in MS (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);

·  Knowledge of Subsea market would be advantageous

·  The ability to forecast and provided accurate commercial information is a must

·  Driving licence

·  Strong organizational skills

·  Ability to meet deadlines
