Welcome to the third annual Ottawa Elite Ringette Camp. Please complete attached registration form and return to the above email address, spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

When:New this year* Ottawa elite ringette camp for juniors! runs from August 13-17 for U8-u10 or

August 20-August 24 for U12 and U14

where: the ra centre @ 2451 riverside drive

Time: 9-4pm *before and after care are available from 8am until 5pm at no additional cost

Cost: $400 after tax for cora players. $410 for non-CORA players.

Optional lunch: please add $45 ($39 plus tax) if you wish to add a daily hot lunch (provided by the RA centre.)*PLEASE NOTE WE PROVIDE PIZZA LUNCH ON THE FRIDAY for all campers

What’s Included:

• 1 hour/day of elite power skating instruction
• 1 hour/day of on-ice ringette skills and drills facilitated by National and Provincial level ringette athletes
• 1 hour/day of off-ice shooting drills
• 5 swims/week at the RA outdoor pool
• Daily outdoor dryland training and fitness games
• Girl-centric activities to promote self-confidence, health, nutrition and character-building
• Arts and crafts, drama games and team building
• Camp jersey, camp t-shirt and healthy morning snack daily
