Tanya Hamilton: Chief Officer- OPS, Technology & Accounts
Tanya Hamilton graduated in 2006 from DeVry University, with a Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications Management. In 2009, she also graduated the University of Phoenix, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and has more than fifteen certifications from Cornell University in Human Resources, spanning: Enterprise/HRIS applications management, Workforce Development, Workforce Administration, Benefits Management, Compensation, Staffing and talent Acquisition, and Labor and Employment Law.
She has worked for the largest Human Resource and Recruiting and Talent Acquisition and Business Process Outsourcing forms in the nation, such as Concentra, Spherion, Excellerate HRO, and Kenexa/Straightsource, as their Director of Operations, and Global Product Developer. In these roles, she has developed full suite Human Resource Process and Business Process programs for clients such as Cisco Systems, VerizonTelecommunications, Snapple and Dr. Pepper, and most recently Marriott International, through Hewitt Associates.
As a development and implementations expert, now with LHT, as their Chief Officer, of Operations, Technology and Accounts, she will combine her technical expertise in integrating ERP and ATS systems into the mainstream corporate model for her clients. As one of the designers of the LHT CustomersFirst ™ , and TalentPoint ™ software, she will be able to take her practical and development skills to modify the te4chnology to fit within a client’s needs. She is a member of the Executive Committee.

Hillary Tate: Chief Officer- Leadership
Hillary TateisLHT's chief leadership officer. In this role she has primary responsibility for LHT's leadership development program, which focuses on building the leadership capabilities of LHT's senior executives and senior managers, and is responsible for the development of and succession planning for the company's top executives, considered to be LHT's next generation of leaders.Ms. Tatealso oversees LHT's corporate citizenship initiatives and is a member of LHT's Executive Leadership Team.
She also hasan AAS - Business Administration with marketing focus from Southeast College; BSM - Management from University of Phoenix; BSM - Management from California State University - Monterrey Bay; Advanced Master's Certificate - Six Sigma from Villanova University.
Tylane Byrd: Executive Vice President Workforce Development
Tylane Byrd has a B.S. in Management from theUniversity of Phoenix. Her professional career began atCanyon Creek Psychological Associates where she was responsible forsetting up and managing multiple disciplinary rehabilitation programs. She works handin hand with hospital personnel and physicians to ensure that programs met state standard.In 2004 she left her position to take a position atFedEx Corporations.
She is a graduate of the FedEx Leadership Programand was a member of the FedEx Audit Team where she had diverse assignments leading business wide initiatives such as Six Sigma quality, pricing , risk management and yearend financial reviews. These assignments spannedfive FedExbusinesses that ranged from shipping, consumer products, insurance, and financial service in locations across the globe. To further round out her exposure to functional business areas, her final assignment with FedEx Corporationwas with Capital Fleet Services working in Sales helping direct new business development and strategic growth.
In 2008, Tylane joined LHT Corporation. She has coached individuals and teams, helping them build skills, develop new capabilities while creating a safe environment to learn. The overall goal is to give each person or team the ability to "feel like a winner." Using a collaborative approach to design continuous improvement programs,Tylane has designed tools and curriculums to build employee capabilities and sustain performance results in healthcare, financial services and medical systems industries.
Lee Forbeck:Executive Vice President-Customer Service Operations
Lee Forbeck graduated in 2007 from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a Bachelor in Criminal Law. After his graduation he continued his education by attending the University of Phoenix and will be graduating with a Bachelor in Business management. His career started in customer service 2002 by managing a church youth group. His main responsibility was to manage the accounts provided by the church while planning events for youth that attended.
In 2004 he left the position to take on a new challenge; managing several Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRF) for Lutheran Social Services. His main job was to ensure state requirements were being met while working hand and hand with health care professionals and clients. In 2005, Lee was hired internally through Lutheran Social Services to become the State wide compliance manager and was handed the responsibility of training a staff of 250.
In 2007, Lee took on a new role with Alta Resources as a Program Director for a Global company. His position required quality management in customer service while applying the standards of Six Sigma. In 2008, he was awarded the green belt for his initiative on company projects.
In 2009, Lee joined LHT inc. as Executive Vice President of Customer Service Operations. Since he started, he has worked one-on-one with individuals training them with new skills and providing them with the knowledge that insures customer quality is being met. He has one main focus, to provide the right people, technology, and processes that improve customer insight while building strong, long lasting relationships.
Lisa Gutierrez: Executive Vice President-Customer Service Operations
Lisa Gutierrez graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2009 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Management. Before this she graduated from Coastal Bend College in 2003 with her Associates in Science. However her training experience extends back to her first employer, where she was in charge of training all new associates of Allen Irwin Enterprises on all computer systems and new software.
A few years later she single handedly upgraded a Dental office from the old fashion paper system to a new computer system that tracked billing, patient information, appointment scheduling, and employee information. Mrs. Gutierrez also trained all associates on the system to ensure proper usage and understand of what the system was capable of doing and how they could maximize their potential in using it. She continued in the field of training later in her career with Wal-Mart, were she trained new employees, supervisors and other managers on the computer systems as well as any on the job training they needed to work in their designated area.
Mrs. Gutierrez currently holds the position of Executive Vice President over Training and System roll out with HLT Incorporated. She brings to the table over 15 years experience of training associates on complex computer systems and software.
