How toadd funds to your Declining Balance Account and view your balances

There are two ways that you can add funds to your RHIT Campus card.

Visit the website get.cbord.com/rose-hulman or download the mobile app ‘GET’ from your android or iOS device.

Website:

  1. Enter your RHIT network username and password and click the log-in button
  2. The Overview screen will display the current balance in all of your accounts.
  3. You can add funds by selecting the +Add Funds button or select Add Funds from the Quick Links menu.
  4. This will display the account that is eligible for fund entry based on the type of plan you have.
  5. Funds can only be added by using a debit or credit card. All deposit transactions will incur a 2.75% convenience fee.

Mobile App:

  1. Enter your RHIT network username and password the first time you log-in to the app.
  2. You will then be asked to select and verify a PIN of your choosing
  3. If you exit the app, you will be prompted to enter the PIN the next time you open it.
  4. To view your balances, select the My Accountsmenu
  5. You can add funds by selecting the Add Funds Now menu, then the Credit Card Depositmenu.
  6. This will display the account that is eligible for fund entry based on the type of plan you have.
  7. Funds can only be added by using a debit or credit card.All deposit transactions will incur a 2.75% convenience fee.

Students who have purchased a residential meal plan will see these accounts

  • Board (meal plan)
  • DB Flex ($ associated with the meal plan)
  • Express Account – declining balance account available to add funds for dining and laundry services

Students who have purchased a commuter meal plan will see these accounts

  • Board (meal plan)
  • DB Flex (used for internal processing)
  • Rosie Dollars – declining balance account available to add funds for dining services

Both the website and the mobile app allow you to enter a credit card to be used for future deposits. You will be prompted to enter the CVV security code (usually found on the back of your card) each time you use the stored card for a deposit.

Ask For Funds

If you are running low on funds, the website allows you to send an email to someone requesting that they make a deposit into your account. Go to Ask For Funds on the overview page and enter the email and the name of the person you are requesting to make a deposit on your behalf. They will receive an email that includes a link to the page where they can deposit funds. They will need to know your 9 digit Banner ID number. This is the number located on the back of your RHIT Campus ID card and begins with 80xxxxxxx.

Lost ID Card

You can also report your card as lost. This will place a hold on your account so that it cannot be used by someone else. If you find that same card, you can report that too. If you need to obtain a new ID card, visit the Student Affairs office in the lower level of the Union building. You will be charged $10.00 for each replacement card.
