Phylogenetic relationship of isolates Z1 and Z3 from China to other Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus (ACLSV) isolates (P205, A4, B6 and MO-5 from apple, P863 and PBM1 from plum, Bal1 from cherry, Ta Tao5 isolate from peach) based on the amino acid sequences of replication-associated protein (Rep) (a) and the movement-associated protein (MP) (b) as well as coat protein (CP) (c) were constructed using MEGA version 4.0 by the neighbor-joining method with 1000 bootstrap replicates. The phylogenetic relationship of 5’ untranslated region (5’UTR) (d) and 3’ untranslated region (3’UTR) (e) based on nucleotide sequences were also constructed using the same method.
