  • The scholarship committee will review applications every Wednesday and checks will be written by Friday. A family can receive up to 80% of the cost involved going to a tournament covered by St. Vrain FC.
  • St. Vrain FC will provide Financial Assistance for local tournaments where expenses are limited to their portion of the team tournament fee.
  • Tournaments that include travel, food, and hotel expenses will be reviewed by the scholarship committee and assistance is not guaranteed.
  • A separate application for tournament financial assistance must be filled out for every tournament.
  • Each application must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the first game of the tournament.
  • The team manager / tournament coordinator / treasurer will be notified by St. Vrain FC when the application is processed. The information will include (1) how much the family will owe for the tournament, and (2) the amount of money St. Vrain FC will award in financial assistance towards the tournament.
  • The team manager / tournament coordinator is responsible for collecting the money owed by the family receiving financial assistance for tournaments.
  • Any balance the awarded family owes MUST be paid to the team account, otherwise that player will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.
