*VENDOR (S) CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE: In order for Vendor(s) to be able to conduct business on Belltower Property vendor(s) must provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance. Minimal Limits are $1 million per occurrence, $2 million aggregate with$5K medical payments. Insurance is due in our offices 2 weeks prior to your event. If not received by the deadline, we will assess a $50 administrative fee to obtain them on your behalf.

EVENT LIABILITY INSURANCE: You are required to purchase an Event Insurance Policy covering the event date. The required coverage is $1 million per occurrence, $2 Million aggregate, $5K medical payment with Belltower Chapel & Garden, 3712 Wichita St, Fort Worth, TX 76119 listed as an additional insured. Recommended site to purchase Event Insurance visit www.wedsafe.com . Your Certificate of Insurance must be received 2 weeks prior to your event.

·  TABC Certificate: A copy of the bartender(s) TABC Certificate including number and expiration date is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
BAR HOURS: are scheduled to start 30 minutes after your ceremony and end 4 hours later OR 30 minutes prior to the end of your occupancy (whichever occurs first). Time beyond the 4 hour minimum is at $25 per half hour.
