Classes:$10 each
Office/Medic Fee:$12
Post-Entry:$12 per class
Limited stall space available. Reserve them early to get a spot. Cost is $30/night.
Rules and Regulations
All horses must have a current negative Coggins Test to be on the show grounds. Please send with entries.
Horses/ponies may not enter more than 6 over fences classes.
Adds are allowed without post-entry fee price if already entered prior to.
Scratches must be made prior to the start of the class for a refund.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult while on grounds.
Any act of discourtesy to judges, staff or other competitors may result in offender’s expulsion from the show and forfeiture of all fees.
1-6th place ribbons awarded in all classes. Champion/Reserve awards in all Hunter and Equitation divisions with 3 or more riders.
Show management reserves the right to combine or cancel any division in which entries number fewer than three.
In case of inclement weather, show will be rescheduled or cancelled with refund. Please check Facebook page/website week of.
ASTM approved hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted by all riders.

Serenity Creek Division Descriptions
Walk Beginner: For riders in their first year of showing. Riders will not be penalized for having a trainer in the ring unless the assistance is excessive.The walk trot- two point over poles class will be run as an equitation flat with riders trotting over a line of two poles one at a time.
Jr/Sr/Adult Beginner: For riders in their first or secondyear of showing. Divided into 10 & under, 11-17, and Adult.
Walk/Trot Equitation Challenge: Open to junior and adult amateur riders. To be judged at a walk and trot with tests chosen by judge. Special prize awarded to first place.
Serenity Creek Equitation Challenge: Open to junior and adult amateur riders. To be judged at a walk, trot, and canter with USEF equitation testing chosen by judge. Special prize awarded to first place.
Avalantz Hunter Classic: Single round hunter classic. Open all day as heights allow. Special prize awarded to first place.
Crossrail Equitation:Open to junior and adult amateur riders. Rider not to be penalized for trotting courses. Flat class will be split to canter if entries warrant (into groups of 6). Riders may cross enter into Beginner or Crossrail Hunter division, but not both.
Crossrail Hunter: Open to all riders, horses, and ponies. No penalty for trotting course or trotting lead changes. Rider may enter the Crossrail Equitation.
Schooling Hunter:Open to all riders, horses, and ponies. To be shown at 2’. Oxers may be used which do not exceed 2’ in width.
2’ Equitation: Open to all riders, horses, and ponies. To be shown at 2’.
Hopeful Hunter: Open to all riders, horses, and ponies. To be shown at 2’3. Oxers may be used which do not exceed 2’ in width.
Open 2’6 Hunter: Open to all riders, horses, and ponies. To be shown at 2’6.
2’6 Equitation: Open to all riders, horses, and ponies. To be shown at 2’6.

Hold Harmless Agreement:
Every entry at a competition shall constitute an agreement and affirmation that all participants, which include with limitation the owner, lessee, trainer, manager, agent, coach, driver, rider, handler and the horse, themselves, their principals, representatives, employees and agents: 1) Represent that every horse, rider, and handler is eligible as entered. 2) Agree to be bound by the rules of the competition, and will accept as final the decision of the horse show on any question arising under said rules and agree to hold the competition, their officials, directors and employees harmless for any action taken. 3) Agree that they participate voluntarily in the competition fully aware that horse sports and the competition involve inherent dangerous risk of serious injury or death, and by participating they expressly assume any and all risk of injury and loss, and they agree to indemnify and hold the competition and their officials, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against all claims including for any injury or loss suffered the negligent acts or omissions of said officials, directors, staff, or competition. WARNING: Under Georgia law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to Chapter 12 of Title 4 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. I agree that Serenity Creek Equestrian Center, their officials and staff will not be held responsible for any accident or loss which may occur to an exhibitor, spectator, guest, rider, groom, attendant, or other employee, animal, or equipment at this show. I further agree to repay Serenity Creek Equestrian Center, on demand, all damages it may sustain by reason of any claim or demand.
