· 357 nos Single phase meters were tested using services of YEL..
· 1 no Check meter was commissioned at Pocket 12 S/S.
· Load enhancement was carried out at Rico Appliances - 1 no. Malad Ind - 1 no & East West Ent - 1 no.
· Trials were carried out on various metering process in new version of SAP ISU-CCS.
· Data collection of TPC-D meters for calculating TPC's Distribution loss. Fine tuning of Distribution loss calculation is in progress with T & D and CRD.
· AMR- 1) Work of installing Modems has been completed for about 300 Trivector meters.2) Communication charges for SIM cards were renegotiated with M/s Vodafone
· Data collection of TPC-G meters for calculating TPC's Transmission loss.
· MSEB data collection & processing for calculating UI charges.
· Meter data of BEST,REL,and RCF was collected & procesed for billing

Cable laying & termination of Mahalaxmi GIS SCADA RTUs is in progress.
SCADA Servers & Workstations at Dharavi CCR, Parel CR & Mahalaxmi have been commissioned. The Operating Systems have been loaded.
UPS at Mahalaxmi GIS has been commissioned & taken into service.
110KV GIS SCADA Energy meters have been configured & taken in service with parameters being displayed locally.
Changeover of BKC & BMC RTUs from Dharavi SCADA to Distribution Automation (WBS: T.0940707)
· Hardware for this changeover from SCADA to Distribution Automation received from ABB & Honeywell Automation and has been tested OK.
· Database & mimic compilation work for ABB system is in progress.
· Changing of Prologic to logic linx for BMC SCADA is in progress.
Remote Control of Bhivpuri SCADA from Khopoli Master.(WBS: G.0740733)
· Hardware for remote control of Bhivpuri from Khopoli has been received from Honeywell & DELL Computers.
· Ground work of Database & Mimics is in progress.
Distribution Automation / A) DAS project for Phase-IIB(76 Stations), till the end of March ‘08.
SAT completed for all 76 S/S.:
(Saki -23, Borivali-44, Sal-3, Mankhurd-3, MumCntrl-2)
B) 20/110 Modems have been delivered. Rest expected by 12th April
C) Checking of customization Reports for Ph II is in progress.
D) Phase-3- All 50 RTUs have been received.
