I am 13 years old and next year I want to try out for my middle school’s soccer team. The last time I played soccer was a few years ago and I usually only play outside with my friends during recess and physical education class.
1. Explain if/how muscular development can help solve this student’s problem.
2. Explain what the training principles O.P.S are and the role that each plays in muscular development.
3. Provide this student with at least 5 relevant muscular development activities that best suits their current activity level. Also, identify the particular muscle or muscle group involved in each activity. (Example: to make your biceps stronger, try bicep curls for 3 sets of 10 repetitions)
