Vision Statement

In five years, St. Andrews will be THE church for people that don’t think there is a church for them, that has a true impact on the community, and changes people’s lives.

Mission – How we are going to get where we are going?

To seek out those people that don’t think there is a church for them and make them a part of our community.

Values – St. Andrew’s, being grounded in Episcopal tradition and dedicated to growth in the

Christian Faith and Life, is rooted in the following Values.

  1. Casual, comfortable church, where people can be themselves.
  2. Making a real difference in the community.
  3. Kids are full members of our church, and are a part of everything we do.
  4. Building relationships and improving each other’s lives.

Milestones – What things will be happening that tell us we are successful?

  • 400 people worshiping on Sunday
  • Over 75% of adults are active in ministry outside of simply attending church.
  • Multiple services, in different styles, (potentially start a remote campus).
  • Retain 1/3 of our visitors
  • St. Andrews is known to have a real and measurable impact on the community (known for more than pumpkins).
  • Community leaders know that when the community has a need, St. Andrews responds.
