1. Section Annual Meeting – Miami - The Section Annual Meeting is April 13 – 15, 2011 in Miami at the Fontainebleau Hotel. We will have a program on “Hot Topics in Class Actions”on Thursday morning. The committee dinner, arranged by Alan Poppe, will be Wednesday night at 8 pm at Scarpetta (RSVP to Alan). We will have a committee lunch, business meeting and a booth at the expo. Jill Abrams and Todd McLawhorn volunteered to help Andrew Morganti with the expo – our movie theme is “A Civil Action.” There is a one-day rate to attend, which can make the event more affordable if you do not have to travel far.
