Yearbooks: Pre-order your yearbook now for $20. After September 29th, the price goes up to $25.
6th Grade students: If you have not turned in your school physical and immunizations to the Health office, please remind your parents this is a requirement for 6th grade and turn into the Health Office ASAP.
Herget "bling" t-shirts are available to buy in the main office for $10 each. Colors are pink and navy blue.
There are now gel pens and mechanical pencils for sale in the pencil machine next to the main office. Cost for each of the machines is $.50 per item.
Pictures: Fall pictures will be taken tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept. 12th, during PE class.
IMSA Fusion: Applications will be available starting Monday, September 11 outside of the main office. See Mrs. Andrews with any questions!
Student Council: Applications are due Monday, September 11. Please return your application to Mrs. Andrews in room 3104.
Drama: Auditions tomorrow, Tuesday, September 13th from 3:45-5:00 and Wednesday, September 14th are callbacks from 3:45-5:00 in the cafeteria.
Sports Fans: Students staying for volleyball games are not allowed in the gym until just before the games starts. Only players and sporting event participants are allowed in the gym, before the game.
Volleyball: Way to get aggressive 6th Grade Volleyball! Great saves by Cristal Carambot, Jadynn Matas, and Emma Maxwell! We had some great serving against Jefferson as well, kudos to Maddy Matkovich, Anika Lindholm, Miranda Lanan, Grace Brown, Mia Sutton, Emma Maxwell, and Monserath Zamora. Football: Herget vs Jewel football game will be at West, this Saturday, Sept. 16th @ 9 am. Please wear your Husky Blue!
CrosscCountry: On Saturday the Runnin Huskies won their first Saturday invitational of the year, placing 1st in the 7-team “Walk the Plank” at Plank Middle School. Individual Top 3 finishers were: 6th Grade Girls—Olivia Kunio Meet Champion, 7th Grade Girls—Tori Lopez Meet Champion, Makenzy Hobson, 3r, 8th Grade Girls—Megan Sporny Meet Champion, Devon Tomas 2nd, Ella Henry 3rd . 8th Grade Boys—Ryan Watts Meet Champion, Nate Hodge 2nd, Jay Jenkins 3rd . Another Great Job!!!!!!!!!!
