The rsvp “win a $10,000 american express® gift card for the holidays” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion” or the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States who, at the time of entry, are able to document that they are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, and who received a mailing, in the form of a “multi-advertiser card deck” (the “mailer”) from RSVP Development Corp. (the “Sponsor”). Sweepstakes is not open to officers, directors, employees or agents ofthe Sponsor, or their respective affiliated companies, licensees, advertising and promotional agencies, or printing agents (collectively the “Released Parties”), or any of their immediate family members [including, without limitation, spouse, parent(s), child(ren), sibling(s), and their respective spouses] or those living in the same households, whether or not related.

TO ENTER:There are two ways to enter.

1)Online Entry.Visit the Sponsor’s website @ select your city, then click on the icon “Complete our Survey for a chance to Win”(on the home page),and complete the questionnaire in entirety and submit. Participant will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry for a successful online entry (the “Online Entry”).Personal information collected from Participant is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at submissions must be received between 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on August 15, 2013 and 11:59:59 PM ET on December 1, 2013.

2)Layar Scan Entry.Use your web-enabled, iOS or Android mobile device (the “Mobile Device”) to download the free layar application (the “App”) from the iTunes app store or Google Play, follow the instructions to create your member profile, and scan the front of the RSVP card addressed to you in the RSVP mailer.Participants will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry for a successful Layarscan (the “Layar Scan Entry”). LayarScan Entries must be received between 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on August 15, 2013 and 11:59:59 PM ET on December 1, 2013. Message and data rates may apply.

Important Notice for Layar Scan means of entry. Participants must have a valid email address to participate. Incomplete or inaccurate entries shall be deemed void. Participant's wireless service provider may charge the participant for data usage, and participant shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with this means of entry. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding their pricing plans. Participant must be a wireless service subscriber with data usage available using a participating service provider in order to enter via this method. Not all devices and wireless phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone and service capabilities for specific mobile internet instructions. If you do not have a data service plan for your wireless device with your wireless service provider, you may enter online.

Limit: One (1) entry per person per day regardless of method of entry.

WINNER SELECTION/ODDS:On or about December 5, 2013, from among all eligible entries received, one (1) winner will be selected. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion.

PRIZE/PRIZE CONDITIONS:There is one (1) Grand Prize of a$10,000 American Express Gift Card OR $10,000 Cash to be awarded in the form of a check. The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $10,000. American Express is not a sponsor of this promotion. American Express gift card usage is subject to the complete Cardholder Agreement.

The American Express Gift Card may be used at U.S. merchants that accept American Express® Cards. No ATM cash withdrawal. Some limitations apply, including restriction on use of the Gift Card at cruise lines or for recurring billing. See Cardholder Agreement for complete details. Card cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. This Card has been issued pursuant to a reward, loyalty or promotional program. This Card is issued by American Express Prepaid Card Management Corporation.Sweepstakes is and shall hereafter be subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All taxes, on any prize won in excess of $600, are the winner’s responsibility to pay. Prizes are non-transferable, except to a surviving spouse.

Winner will be contacted by the Sponsor’s Independent Sweepstakes Administrator (the “ISA”), and will be asked to confirm their eligibility by completing and returning, within 5 business days, an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Waiver (the “Releases”). The Releases shall provide the Released Partiesrelief from any and all liability, claims, demands, suits, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs), and causes of action of any kind or nature,including without limitation for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss (collectively, the “Claims”) suffered in connection with this Sweepstakes, or acceptance of and use or misuse of any prize or any prize portion thereof, and where permitted by law, grant Sponsors and their respective designees the right to use Winner’s name, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all forms of media worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. If a particular potential Winner cannot be reached within five (5) days, that potential Winner will be disqualified without further notice and an alternate Winner selected, at random, from among remaining eligible entries.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER OR ANY BEHAVIOR BY A WINNER THAT WILL BRING SUCH WINNER OR ANY RELEASED PARTIES INTO DISREPUTE (IN ANY RELEASED PARTIES’ SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:By entering, participants acknowledge acceptance ofand compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements included herein. Released Parties are not responsible for entries that are illegible, incomplete, lost, delayed, mutilated and misdirected, or for typographical errors in the rules, or any problems or technical malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any network orcomputer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof, including injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person's computer or telephone,related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials contained in this Sweepstakes. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsorthereby reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated or cancelled prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Sponsor’s website, and any entries received prior to the termination or cancellation will be included in the drawing, if any. Entries that have been tampered with or altered will be deemed void. The use of any system or agent to submit entries in connection with this Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any website associated therewith, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A SWEEPSTAKES PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS AND THEIR DESIGNEES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

All interpretations of the Official Rules and decisions by Sponsor and ISA are final.

To have your name removed from any future sweepstakes mailing conducted by the Sponsor, send a copy of the address card (the top card) that you received in your card deck, put an “X” through your name & address, and mail the card to this address: Sweepstakes Name Removal Request, C/o RSVP Publications, 6730 W. Linebaugh Ave. (Suite 201) Tampa, FL 33625.

WINNER’S LIST: Winner’s name and city of residence will be announced on the Sponsor’s website.
