CONTROLLER/ACCOUNTANT

Seattle Yacht Club
Founded in 1892, Seattle Yacht Club is one of our country’s most active and long-established yacht clubs with facilities ranging from the historic mainstation on Portage Bay, to ten outstations located along the shores of Washington and British Columbia.

The history of the club is tied to the tradition of pleasure boating, yachting, and competitive sailing. In addition to the many accomplished member sailors in worldwide competitions, the club’s junior sailing instructional programs are open to the public with 550 participants in the 2013 summer classes.

The mainstation is a vital social center for club members and the boating community of Seattle. The Club organizes and hosts the Opening Day of Boating Season annually on the first Saturday in May. In addition to boating, the club has a substantial food and beverage operation in which revenue will approach $3,000,000 in 2013.
