School Year 2017-2018

1)  I read each page of the Parent Handbook and agree to all the policies therein.

Sign-in and Sign-out: as listed on Page 1 of the Parent Handbook

Please sign your FULL NAME and the TIME of drop-off and pick-up.

Co-op Duties: as listed on Page 2 of the Parent Handbook

1. If you cannot co-op on your assigned day, then you are responsible for finding a sub.

2. If unable, your account will automatically be charged the Non Co-op Fee of $50.

3. In order to devote your full attention to the children, do not bring siblings.

4.  Please make any arrangements needed, so you can co-op the entire time.

City Use Permit Conditions: as listed on Page 6 of the Parent Handbook

1.  The approved route for coming to SLP is Del Valle Parkway to Main or Hopyard. Please obey the speed limit and do not use Harvest or Pleasanton Valley streets as a cut-through.

2.  SLP encourages carpooling and will provide a Co-op phone list to facilitate carpooling.

3.  Please be aware of our neighbors and keep a respectful noise level in the parking lot.

4. Please enter the parking lot from the north entrance and exit near the high school.
