Note: Boating Basics is for the first week only of each session.

Payment Info

§  Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Sailing courses cost $140 per student, the Boating Basics course costs $70 per student, and the 5 week session is discounted to $320 per student.

§  Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Students will need a copy of Start Sailing Right, US Sailing’s small boat lesson book. Returning students should remember to bring their old copy with them. Books for new students or replacement books cost $15 each.

All students and a responsible elder should meet at the Chebeague Island Boat Yard at the appropriate time (see schedule above) the first day of their session. Please bring swimwear and a complete change of dry clothes. A swim test will be conducted on the first day of class. All students will need to come to class each day with a lifejacket, close-toed shoes (ok for water) and their US Sailing lesson book.
