2015 Football Parent Volunteer Opportunities - over 350 to choose from!!

We ask for each family to sign up for at least 4 activities per high school football player (9th – 12th grade). It is very probable that there will be additional volunteer opportunities (IN ADDITION TO THESE) for the 9th and 10th grade teams. These will be in addition to the 4 volunteer spots you are being asked to fulfill now to support the Edina High School program.
We will be using the DIBS (NGIN) system via the Edina Football Association (EFA) web site again this year for sign up, tracking and email reminders. To claim your volunteer spots via DIBS, logon to
If you have a NGIN login from previous years or sports – simply LOGIN (upper right) and click on DIBS – select 2015 Edina High School Football Volunteers .
If you do not have an NGIN account sign in from a previous year or sport you can still claim your volunteer spots – simply click on DIBS and select 2015 Edina High School Football Volunteers. The system will send you a confirmation email that will ask you to complete the NGIN registration. Or you can create an account from the NGIN login – follow the prompts.
Click on the DIB Item you want to claim – it will provide you with a more detailed description of the Item – for example – DIB ITEM – Beverages (Team Dinner) will show: “4 Cases of 12 oz Bottles Water - (24 bottles per case) - chilled helps!!” Fill in the fields on the screen, click “Claim Dib Item” to save it and you’re done! The system will send you a confirmation email immediately as well as an email reminder within 24 hours of the claimed item. You can “unclaim” items up until 5days before the event. After that, we ask for your help in finding a substitute.
