Be It Resolved that Whereas Marilyn Porreca had a long and distinguished career as an elected public official in the City of Medford, serving the Citizens of Medford as City Councillor and the First Women Mayor of the City, in her memory, the Mayor and the City Council dedicate the corner of Maverick Street, where Marilyn lived with her family for many years, Marilyn Porreca Corner in her honor.
