Event Date: Saturday, November 3, 2007

Set-up Friday: November 2 (4 pm – 6 pm) or Saturday, November 3 (7 am)

Dear Vendor/Crafter:

Thank you for your interest in the Nativity Fall Fest. If you’ve displayed before, you already know that there is a lot going on in the gym during Fall Fest to draw people to your table, including: entertainment, food, auctions and raffles. Below are the specifics regarding the event. If you’re interested in participating, please complete the attached application and return it by October 26, 2007.

Fall Fest Date: Saturday November 3, 2007

Location: Nativity of Our Lord School Gym, 4414 South Buffalo Road,Orchard Park, NY 14127

Event Time: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

Crafter/Vendor Fee: Crafter Fee = $40, Vendor Fee $40 or 20% of your table’s profit (whichever is more)

Crafter/Vendor Accommodations: 1 – 6 foot table

Commitment Deadline: October 26, 2007 (space is limited – we work on a first come first served basis – so please return you application as soon as possible)

Set-up Times: Friday: November 2 (4 pm – 6 pm) or Saturday, November 3 (7 am)

Entering the Building: Enter through the door in the church parking lot

Drop off: You may park your car outside the gym doors to drop-off your things. Please do not leave your car in either of the main parking lots because you may lose customers and traffic to your table.

Parking: Thorn Ave, Argyle Street, or the parking lot off Thorn Ave.

Breakdown: You must clear your leftover merchandise from the gym between 3:00 and 3:30. There is a dinner following Fall Fest that gets set-up immediately following the end of the event.
