Directions for Peer Review

Use the tables on the following pages to prepare for the web conferencing class where you will provide peer review of your group’s student presentations. Your comments should be:

·  Substantive: Comments within the table should be at least one full page in length single-spaced addressing each item in the table.

·  Constructive: Try to offer solutions, not just identify problems.

·  Specific: Include a specific example of what is being recommended.

·  Sensitive: Keep comments on a positive note and avoid the use of negative language.

·  Balanced: For every weakness identified, point out a strength. There should be an even number of both.

Share your comments in class. Immediately after class, post this document in the File Exchange under Groups in Blackboard.
