I agree by listing my event on the Orange Runners Club (ORC) website to support the said listing by abiding by good sportsmanship and fair practices toward the participants, athletes, volunteers and all who are connected with it. I also agree to supply correct information for said listing and timely updates for the members and viewers to depend on. I also agree to release ORC from any damages or costs that may be connected with the listed event, including but not limited to errors in spelling, incorrect times or locations, event results or photos nor is the ORC is responsible for any injuries or damages from the event, further I for myself, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Orange Runners Club, Inc., its officers, the USAT&F and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in these club activities the part of the persons named in this waiver.

Race Listing Fees /

The goal of our calendar is to present a list of races that are of relevance or specific interest to our local runners, to best serve our community and support the club. In this regard we have we have opted to add a listing fee for event directors wanting to add their event to the Orange Runners Club General Calendar. We feel there is good value in this listing fee, that it will help with the director's event and also the club to meet its financial responsibilities.

Also note there will be special cases, for example our own club events, club partners, and sponsors that will be exempt from these fees as they contribute in the activities and functions of the club in such a way to be recognized as qualified. This will be decided by the elected officers of the club.

Orange Runners Club General Calendar Race/Event Listing Fee Table
Non-Members and General Public: / $20 per event.
ORC Members: / 1 FreeEvent Listing per year, then $10 per event
Sullivan Strider Members: / 1 FreeEvent Listing per year, then $10 per event
Special: / No charge, exempt from listing fee.

Orange Runners Club reserves the right to change these fees and charges at any time in co-ordination with its elected officials. Thank you!
