BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENCE PERMIT VISA OF EXTRAORDINARY CHARACTER (ROM)
Applicant has to first take an appointment to appear at the embassy for filling of forms and interview.
Applications must be deposited in TCS Visatronix in Islamabad (051-2607120-24), Lahore (042-5755027) and Karachi (021-34391551-54).
Visa application forms can be collected for free from TCS.
Supporting Documents Requested:

APPLICANT:

  1. Visa Forms duly completed and signed with three (3) recent, passport-sizes, photographs, with clear white background for each applicant.
  2. Visa Fees (non-refundable) in Pakistani Rupees equivalent to 60 EURO.
  3. Photocopy of passport (which must have more than 4 months validity) and should be very clear.
  4. Police Character Certificate issued by National Police Bureau, Islamabad, for adults (18 and above), attested by the Foreign Office of Pakistan.
  5. Medical Certificate/s (of applicant and children) from an official hospital in Pakistan and attested by the Foreign Office, issued no more than three months before the date of application.
  6. Form Model EX-01 duly signed and fill up by applicant
  7. Payment deposit from of model 790/code 052 .(the fee may varies each year)
  8. Copy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) from NADRA for each person above 18 years.
  9. Computerized B-form for children under 18 years of age, with English translation and attested by Foreign Office of Pakistan.
  10. Family Registration Certificate from NADRA attested by the Foreign Office.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Once the visa form is filled up and signed, two (2) photocopies have to be made. Original + two photocopies of visa form have to be submitted with one photograph pasted (not stapled) on each of the three forms.
  • Visa applications must be submitted along with two (2) clear sets of photocopies for each supporting document and passport.
  • The Embassy reserves the right to ask for any additional document apart from those mentioned above that if deems necessary for the issuance of visa.
  • The application will be refused if the Embassy finds that any documents are false.
  • Compliance of the above-mentioned conditions does not automatically guarantee that the visa will be issued. Also, after receipt of the visa, the competent authorities may refuse entry into Spain upon arrival. In such case, the Spanish government accepts no liability.
  • Applicants are warned that application process may take up a few months.
  • During the process NO ENQUIRIES ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE VISA APPLICATION WILL BE ANSWERED.

APPLICANTS ARE WARNED TO REFRAIN FROM MAKING ANY SORT OF PAYMENT TO THE PERSON CONDUCTING THE VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS. THE VERIFICATION OFFICER SHOULD
