Note: Claims for (b) are separate from the maximum amount allowed in (a). Proof of actual submission of entries is required before claims for registration and materials can be made. In order to facilitate the process, please register your entry with

Ms Cheok Yin Peng at the Department Office so that she can verify your submission by a verification seal on this form.

Undertaking

I understand that as a student/faculty of the Department of Architecture, NUS, any work submitted partly or wholly for the competition will be jointly copyrighted with the Department and that the Department reserves the right to exhibit or publish any part of the competition entry. I will furnish the Department with details/ copies of all entries, complete with images fulfilling digital submission requirements (please refer to attachment) and will also undertake to inform the Department of the results of the competition.
