1.  Please make sure that your payment reflects the reference number: A1A038/32660 together with your name as stated in this registration form, as payment cannot be confirmed in the event of unspecified deposits.

2.  All payments to be effected by EFT only.

3.  No exceptions will apply to the payment deadlines. If a delegate has chosen the early bird registration, payment must be received on or before this deadline date, if not your registration will be amended and you will be liable for the newly calculated registration fee.

4.  Cancellation and refund policy

a.  The cancellation deadline is 30 November 2017 and no exceptions will be made.

b.  Refunds for cancellations prior to the deadline set out in will be made less a fee of R678.30 (Vat Inclusive).

c.  No refunds of payments will be made for cancellations received after 30 November 2017. All requests for refunds must be made on or before the 30 November 2017.

e.  All refunds will be processed after the event.

f.  Name changes of registrants will not be accepted unless the substitute is from the same institution and prior arrangements are made with the SAAB Committee.

Insurance: Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Delegates carry their own risk for personal injury or loss of property, including baggage, prior to, during and post conference. Going Africa Conferencing (GAC) or the Local Organising Committee (LOC) takes no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
