STAGE II – ASSESSMENT EVIDENCE
PERFORMANCE TASK:
-Students will pair and group to create a boardgame which includes directions and game pieces
based on a short story entitled "The Necklace"
-In creating the boardgame, students will follow a rubric
and use PSSA formatted question stems to create the comprehension questions for the game.
-The students will play the games for practice with vocabulary and comprehension questions
-Students will present a powerpoint for "The Scarlet Ibis" Project to be graded based on a rubric
-Students will complete a review sheet to prepare for skills based questions on their Midterm Examination / FORMATIVE ASSESSMENTS:
