PFD-5XX Operator’s Manual

Basic Operation

Voltage Adjustment: Turn on PF or LF knob, auto switch and change voltage/vibration directory.

(On the right side of display show “v” light)

Frequency Adjustment: Press PF or LF knob 0.5 seconds at least,display flash then enter the frequency

adjustment function. (On the right side display show ”Hz” light).

Function (For technical person operation)

Enter> Press the Power key first, two red lights is on.

Press the PF (LF) knob at least 4 seconds continuously, show “End” on the display and the green

light is on.

Adjustment> Turning the knob to select the function item number then press it to adjust your option.

Abbreviation codes are as follow list.

Leave> Press the knob again, the numerical number will be saved and back home automatically.

Show “End” on the display and two red lights is on.

Other Function

1.  Lock (Lock) : Power on, press “POWER” key 4 seconds continuously. (Display left side show “lock” light ).

(Release) : Repeat the above procudre for release it.

2.  Either PF or LF function: Power off, press PF (or LF) knob and “POWER” key. Turn off and restart for release it.

Connect Method

Conntect with 16mm metalconnector.

1.  Connect with optical fiber, detection sensor, photoelectric sensor: pin 1 à “+V” brown color (inside CN6 can switch to +12V or +24V voltage), pin 2à “Out ” black color, pin 3 à “Gnd “blue color.

2.  Connect with +12VDC or +24VDC voltage contact: pin 3 no contact (not connected),pin 1(+V),pin2(-V), à outside part which has voltage output control.

3.  Conntect with normal switch, Relay No/Nc(non voltage contact): pin 1 not connected, pin 2,3 à switch

4.  Connect with PLC part: pin 1 not connected, pin 2 à output (transistor C polarity), pin 3 à Gnd (transistor E polarity).
