- that, if the contract is signed, I will pay the further cost given in a separate contract to ÉMI Nonprofit Kft. in relation to issuing the NMÉ,

Remarks:
· The National Technical Assessment is not enough to install a construction product into a construction work. The National Technical Assessment shall be followed by a declaration of performance of which details and conditions are given in 275/2013 (VII.16.) Governmental Decree.
· The owner of the National Technical Assessment is the manufacturer in all cases.
