Myatt’s Fields Park midsummer fair– Saturday 21st June 2014 (1pm – 5pm)
We are writing to invite you to take a stall in this year’s Myatt’s Fields Park summer fair.
We will have a full day of entertainment including rock steady and Cuban music on the bandstand, a football tournament, our usual family fairground, plant sale and greenhouse tours.
We would very much like to have a good range of food and craft stalls, including community and commercial.
The price of a stall is:
Individuals £10
Community/charity: £20
Commercial £40
Stalls will be allocated on a first come, first served basis in the picnic area on the day.
FOOD STALLS:will need to complete a Lambeth Outdoor Caterer’s questionnaire (attached here) and send it to Lambeth by 23rd May. We will need confirmation by Lambeth that they have received your applications and approved your attendance before we can confirm your booking.
TABLES: We ask that people bring their own tables as we do not have the resources to provide these for everyone. There will be a limited number available to hire from us on the day at a charge of £10 per table. These will need to be pre-booked and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis at the time of booking. Please pre-book as no additional tables will be available on the day. Chairs will not be available so please bring your own if you need them.

Please just fill in the slip at the bottom of this form and return it to us. Please pay in advance and make your cheque out to Myatt’s Fields Park Project: £10 for individuals, £20 for community organisations/charities, £40 for commercial hires and £10 per table if you want to hire them from us.

Arrange some entertainment, live music, refreshments, fairground rides, obtain the premises licence from Lambeth Council, negotiate with the Council on the use of the park, advertise the fair with posters and leaflets, organise some tables, provide British Red Cross cover.
